​Delegate Young is proud to support students in the 45th Legislative District by offering scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year. If you are currently attending or planning to attend a Maryland college or university, this is your opportunity to apply for financial assistance.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must reside in the 45th Legislative District.

• Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a Maryland college or university for the 2025-2026 academic year.
